Decorating with Portraits at Whipperberry

Hello All! This is Heather from WhipperBerry…

I am truly honored that Kristen has invited me to come and share with you my favorite family photo spot!  You will generally find me over WhipperBerry way… I blog about fun DIY projects, food, Holiday’s, fun finds you name it. I guess you can call my blog a creative Lifestyle blog!  I am basically looking to find beauty in the everyday!

I love the series that Kristen has created.  I completely agree about the importance of displaying your family’s photos in order to develop a strong family identity.  I have a wall right at the entrance to my front room with all four of my kiddos grouped closely together…

…it’s nothing special. No fancy embellishments.  Just a simple reminder who they are and who they belong to.  From the minute my kiddos walk in the door they have this simple reminder of who loves them and no matter what has been thrown at them that day… They are part of a family, they are special and they are truly LOVED!

Kristen, thank you so much for inviting me to come over to play today. I would LOVE for you to come visit me over at WhipperBerry, swing by and say HELLO!

{Heather, this is great!Thank you for sharing, I love how they are in black and white–they fit ANY room decor!  I also love your arrangement–great visual with 2 horizontal and 2 verticals. Go check out Heather’s blog!}

  2. LOVE the combo of horizontal and vertical!!! Looks awesome!

  3. This is such a cute display! I use that arrangement on scrapbook layouts all the time, but never thought about putting it up on a wall. :)
