44 Peanut Butter and Jelly Recipes

I love a good Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. It’s a classic, beloved flavor that never steers me wrong. In high school, I made one nearly every time I went to my best friend Natalie’s house–their bread, jam, peanut butter–just tasted like a slice of heaven to me. Now when I see them, her parents still ask if I want to come over for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

A few weeks ago I shared the peanut butter and jelly doughnut recipe I made, and I thought it would be fun to round up some fun pb&j recipes, check out the list of 44!  Look through them all, then tell me which one you are going to make first!

Almond White Chocolate Caramel Corn

If you love almonds and white chocolate as much as I do, you will love this Almond White Chocolate Caramel corn! Do you remember a month or so ago I shared the most delicious Gooey Vanilla Caramel Corn Recipe?  Well, today I’m adding a little TWIST! Using the original recipe, I just substituted the vanilla extract for almond extract, then added some white chocolate to the gooey mixture that melted….and then threw in some white chocolate chips with almonds at the end–so YUM!… Continue Reading

3 ways to use Wilton Mint Drops

Have you heard of mint non pareils or Wilton mint drops? They have turned into one of my favorite little snacking treats! You may have seen them in a candy dish at weddings. In fact, I’ve had a hard time finding them, but have found success in the wedding aisle at Michael’s craft store. I first became enamored with this sweet delicacy a year ago at a conference. There was a candy dish filled with the giant Non Pareil Assorted Mint Chocolate, (the base is the size of a nickel).

I had a little baggie filled with them , and I snacked on them throughout the day. They are white chocolate and minty, with a bit of texture from the sprinkles. I’ve since found the mini size, Wilton’s Mint drops

I decided I wanted to try them in a few of my favorite recipes, and I’m here to say:  they turned out quite delightfully!

Gooey Vanilla Caramel Corn Recipe

My friend Suzette has the most amazing caramel corn recipe, and I’ve since declared it Gooey Vanilla Caramel Corn because of it’s unique consistency and ingredients. She’s made it for me several times, and since I got the recipe over a year ago, I’ve made it quite a few times myself. I love it so much, I HAVE to share it! I am quite picky with my treats, so I only share the best of the best.

First off, it has Sweetened Condensed milk in it that contributes to the Gooey=YUM! Second, it has pure Vanilla mixed in=Double YUM! Add to that brown sugar, butter, and Karo syrup, and we’ve got some pure yumminess. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking…recipe at the bottom.
